Namely, Math Girl, a dinosaur or two, and two characters from a DnD session I was in a while ago.
I played Detective Balinda the goblin, and another chap played “The Samurai”, my partner in crime-fighting. Halfway through the adventure, we sent our high-level paid mercenaries to go solve the world-ending mystery we were working on, and proceeded to tell the DM how we spent the next few weeks vacationing. I learned how to cook with local foods, we went to see the tourist attractions, I went shopping for some new outfits, he got us a chessboard, and eventually we got a timeshare. It was great!
It was worth it, though, cause DM loathed us for it.
