So I misheard an assignment in art class that I thought said we were supposed to recreate some art from artists we like. However I was halfway done when I realized we were not supposed to do this at all, but I has halfway done already and decided screw it I’m just going to finish anyway.
It’s Aaron Diaz’s Lantern Season from his comic Dresden Codak, which I adore, and so I recreated some panels of that with colored pencil. Pretty fun! Learned a bunch of things, number one of which is: colored pencils are frikken expensive
